Circuit Court

In State of Missouri vs. Robin A. Potts, heard March 28 before Judge Stephen Griffin, the defendant entered a guilty plea on a plea agreement to possession of controlled substance, class C felony, possession of controlled substance, class A misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, class A misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Large amount of alcohol confiscated from Jamesport party

The sheriff, three deputies and two highway patrolmen responded to a complaint around 7 p.m. on March 27 south of Jamesport where a large number of youth were congregated. When the officers arrived, many of the subjects fled on foot, but 11 were captured and ticketed for being minors in possession of alcohol. The 11 minors have been summoned to appear in Daviess County Associate Circuit
