Large amount of alcohol confiscated from Jamesport party

The sheriff, three deputies and two highway patrolmen responded to a complaint around 7 p.m. on March 27 south of Jamesport where a large number of youth were congregated. When the officers arrived, many of the subjects fled on foot, but 11 were captured and ticketed for being minors in possession of alcohol. The 11 minors have been summoned to appear in Daviess County Associate Circuit
