Local Student Attends Proclamation Signing with Governor Blunt

Student representatives from Missouri’s Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) joined Gov. Matt Blunt in a proclamation signing Wednesday, Feb. 9, at the State Capitol in Jefferson City to celebrate Career and Technical Education Week.
