Daviess County Soil and Water Conservation District cost-share sign-up begins Tuesday, February 1

Daviess County Soil and Water Conservation District cost-share sign-up begins Tuesday, February 1 at the USDA Service Center in Gallatin.

District Cooperators/Landowners planning to complete a conservation practice and receive state financial assistance, need to apply during the month of February. Funds will be available July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.

The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment of the standard fine plus court costs.
