Tamara Marie Brinley; Wesley R. Gay

Tamara Marie Brinley of Montgomery City graduated in December from William Woods University with a B.S. degree. She is the daughter of Michael and Opal Woodring of Kingston, and the wife of Wayne Brinley of Montgomery City.

Wesley R. Gay and Andrew C. Weldon are on the Fall 2004 Dean’s List at Southwest Missouri State University.

4-H interstate winners named

In the working demonstration category, area winners were first place, Danielle Ness; second place, Kaitlyn Keck, both from Daviess County.

The Women’s Division of the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce and Nodaway Valley Bank sponsored the 4-H Interstate Show in St. Joseph with East Hills Shopping Center providing the facilities. Winning 4-H projects, representing numerous hours of instruction and practice, were on display at the East Hills Mall from Oct.

Six people were injured in four separate accidents over the past two weeks, according to reports by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
