Recorder’s Office

The Daviess County Statutory County Recorder’s Fund reimbursement request has been submitted. The state reimburses $55,000 minus the $7,668 which has already been collected for Statutory Recorder’s Fees. The state will directly deposit the additional $47,332 into the Daviess County Treasurer’s Fund this fall.

Adult Abuse/Stalking

Associate Circuit Court

Defendants found guilty in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County are listed below with the offense and fine assessed. Additionally, court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $66.50 for moving traffic violations and $89.50 in most criminal cases.
