Makalia Dutro would like to announce the birth of her sister. Amelie Necole was born at 10:13 a.m. on July 20, 2004, at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton. She weighed 7 pounds and was 18 1/4 inches long.

Rosie L. Cameron, 69, Pattonsburg, died Tuesday, July 20, 2004, at a St. Joseph hospital

Funeral services for Rosie Cameron were held Friday at the United Methodist Church in Pattonsburg. Burial was in Pattonsburg Memorial Gardens, under the direction of the Roberson Funeral Home in Pattonsburg. Pattonsburg father and son now both charged in drug case

A Pattonsburg man was arrested July 24 in connection with a search warrant executed on June 29 at his residence. Robert S. Henderson, 48, has been charged with the Class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He posted $50,000 bond. His son, Levi Henderson, was charged with the identical offense on July 13 and remains in custody.

Kids Depot opens, welcomes preschoolers

Grace Carder has opened Kids Depot, a licensed daycare center located at 711 W. Johnson in Gallatin.
