Associate Circuit Court

Defendants found guilty in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County are listed below with the offense and fine assessed. Additionally, court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $62.50 for moving traffic violations and $77.50 in most criminal cases.

Commission transfers $$ from emergency fund to law enforcement

County Commission

James Lewis, bridge supervisor, met with the commission regarding tube replacements around the county.

Trent Brewer, Lock Springs Special Road District, met with the commission regarding the road district’s duties in the Village of Lock Springs. He was informed that the village has CART monies received from the State for specific purposes involving streets. Also, the constitution prohibits county CART funds being used in cities, towns or villages.
