Trooper Joseph R. Johnston, age 28, has been assigned to Zone 10, which consists of Daviess and DeKalb Counties.

Ward wins her third state medal in pole vault

Gallatin High School senior-to-be Katie Ward cleared the pole vault bar at 8’6″

Gallatin High School senior-to-be Katie Ward cleared the pole vault bar at 8’6″ on Saturday in Jefferson City and captured a share of 6th place in the Class 2 field of 16 competitors.

In doing so, Ward gained her third state medal in the pole vault event. She finished 6th a year ago in Class 1 (7’6″)
