Without so much as a word, Bingham conveys to the observer the intensity, as well as the uniqueness, of this long-standing electoral process.

Clair Runyan, 77, Bethany, died Friday, Oct. 25, 2002, at his home.

Funeral services for Clair Runyan were held Monday at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany. Burial with military rites, was at Kidwell Cemetery, Martinsville. Memorial contributions may be made to Harrison County Hospice and/or the United Methodist Church, Martinsville.
