Graveside services and burial for Billy Vanderpool were held Friday at the Brown Cemetery in Gallatin. Arrangements were by the Bram Funeral Home, Gallatin.

Billy Dale Vanderpool, 69, Gallatin, died Thursday, June 14, 2001, at a health-care center in Gallatin.

Mr. Vanderpool was born in Gallatin. He attended school there and was a lifelong resident.

Mr. Vanderpool was a crusher operator for Snyder Quarries at Gallatin for over 30 years

Ray Doty

Ray Edward Doty, 68, Cleveland, died Sunday, June 10, 2001, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City.

Funeral services for Ray Doty, a native of Pattonsburg, were held June 13 at Atkinson Chapel in Harrisonville. Arrangements were by Atkinson Funeral Home, Harrisonville. Interment was at West Union Cemetery in Cleveland with military rites by Whiteman Air Force Base Honor Guard.

Carol Himmelberg

Carol F. (Wood) Himmelberg, 64, Hamilton, died Tuesday, June 12, 2001, at a Kansas City hospital.

Charles T. “Tom” Dyke, 73, Liberty, died Friday, June 15, 2001, at a Liberty hospital.

Funeral services for Charles Dyke, father of Melinda Crum of Gallatin, were held Tuesday at the Park Lawn Northland Chapel, Liberty. Burial was at Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.

Marjorie Ann Terry died Tuesday, June 26, at Ft. Myers, Fla.

Word has been received of the death of Marjorie Ann Terry, sister of Maxine Van Dyke of Gallatin. Mrs. Terry died Tuesday, June 26, at Ft. Myers, Fla. The body has been cremated. Graveside services will be held at a later date at Memorial Gardens in St. Joseph.
