Pattonsburg alumni banquet

The annual Pattonsburg alumni banquet was held May 26.

The annual Pattonsburg alumni banquet was held at the school house Saturday evening May 26. At total of 151 alumni and guests attended. The Class of 1976 was in charge of the evening’s program with 10 present.

The Class of 1951, on its 50th year of graduation, was the honored class with 17 present. The Class of 2001 had seven present

R-3 receives flag from auxiliary

A new flag was presented to R-3 by the Pattonsburg V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary

A new America flag was presented to the North Daviess R-3 Elementary School at Coffey on April 11 by the Pattonsburg V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary number 8824. This was the last official act by the chapter, as they have disbanded. Shown with the flag are Breanna Weber (daughter of Janellda Weber, and granddaughter of Lavena Lowrey, both members)

NCMC announces honor students

North Central Missouri College named students to the Academic Honors List

North Central Missouri College in Trenton has named students with outstanding academic achievement for the 2001 spring semester to the Academic Honors List.

Students named to the President’s List must have obtained a perfect 4.0 grade point average. To be named to the Dean’s List students must achieve a GPA of at least 3.5.

McWilliams celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Lenora and Tom McWilliams will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on June 11

Lenora and Tom McWilliams, Gallatin, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on June 11, 2001. The couple was married June 11, 1951, in Liberty. They have three children, David, Don and Jean, all of Kansas City. A family celebration in Kansas City is planned.

North Central Missouri College will recognize GED students

On Friday, June 8, the Adult Education and Literacy Program at North Central Missouri College will recognize students who have passed the General Education Diploma (GED).
