Elliott appointed DeKalb circuit judge

The appointment will be effective Jan. 1, 2001

Gov. Roger Wilson recently announced today his intention to appoint Chillicothe attorney, Brent Elliott, to the position of DeKalb County associate circuit judge.

The appointment will be effective Jan. 1, 2001, when the position will be vacated by the current DeKalb associate judge, Warren L. McElwain. McElwain will be leaving the position to assume his new role as the 43rd Circuit’s Division

Contract awarded for asphalt

The Missouri Department of Transportation Commission has awarded a resurfacing contract for several routes in Daviess and Caldwell Counties.

The Missouri Department of Transportation Commission has awarded a resurfacing contract for several routes in Daviess and Caldwell Counties. The contract in the amount of $912,146.86 was awarded to APAC-Missouri, Inc. of Columbia.
