Megan Love, Jamesport, reported the theft of her checkbook sometime between Oct. 1-16.

Darrell L. Teel, Pattonsburg, reported burglary of his shop between Oct. 16-22. Missing was a 1982 Honda 3-wheeler valued at $500.

Patrick McDonald of New Town Realty in Pattonsburg reported vandalism of the office on Oct. 20 when someone broke the glass out of the front door. The damage was estimated at $300.

Following are approved minutes of Oct. 16. All members were present.

Daniel Lynn, bridge supervisor, and James Lewis, foreman, met with the commission reporting on construction projects and ongoing repairs.

Bob Albrecht, Harrison Township landowner, met with the commission regarding the condition of the roads in that township.

The commission reviewed the budget to actual reports for this fiscal year.

Clerk’s office open next 2 Saturday mornings for absentee voting

COUNTY CLERK

The County Clerk’s office will be open Saturday mornings, Oct. 28 and Nov. 4, for absentee voting for the Nov. 7 general election. You may also cast absentee ballots in the office during regular weekday hours.

The courthouse will be closed Friday, Nov. 10, in observance of Veterans Day.
