Eagles dismantle state-ranked Bulldogs 55-42

The cramped confines of Bishop LeBlond High School gym continue to be a tough place for the Gallatin Bulldogs to grab a victory. The tough-at-home Golden Eagles unleashed a powerful, up-tempo transition offense and stifling zone defense to upset the Bulldogs, 55-42, Tuesday night in a likely preview of one of next week’s Class 2A, District 16 Tournament semifinal matchups.

DARE Lock-In set for this Friday

DARE Lock-In, sponsored by the Gilman City Police Department.

Missouri Highway Patrol Corporal Larry M. Allen, has been promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

Missouri Highway Patrol Corporal Larry M. Allen, has been promoted to the rank of Sergeant and designated Zone Commander of Zone 4, serving Grundy and Mercer Counties, effective Feb. 1. Sergeant Allen is an eight year veteran of the patrol. He was assigned to Zone 8 in Gallatin following his completion of recruit training.
