Farmers’ Electric Cooperative recently paid its property taxes in the counties it serves. In all, the FEC paid more than $200,000.
Farmers’ Electric Cooperative paid over $200,000 in property taxes to nine north Missouri counties in 1999.
An overall total of $200,344.56 was paid by the cooperative as a result of its plant (power lines, poles, transformers, etc.) located in the counties of Daviess, Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Clinton, DeKalb, Linn,
