Barbecued brisket

1 cup ketchup

3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp. molasses

2 Tbsp. mustard

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 cups chopped onion

2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke

1 tsp. hot sauce, optional

1 tsp. chili pepper, optional
